Kabul
Readhill'i kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama App Store üzerinden dağıtıldığı için Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir; bu koşullar onunla çelişirse Apple'ın sözleşmesi esas alınır.
Lisans
Sana Readhill'i sahip olduğun ya da kontrol ettiğin Apple cihazlarında kişisel ve ticari işlerin için kullanma hakkı veriyoruz. Uygulamanın kendisini kopyalayamaz, satamaz, tersine mühendislikle çözemez ya da başkalarına dağıtamazsın.
İçeriğin
Readhill'e eklediğin PDF'ler, notlar, çizimler ve diğer dosyalar senindir; bunlar üzerinde hiçbir hak iddia etmeyiz ve onlara erişemeyiz. Eklediğin belgeleri kullanma hakkına sahip olmak senin sorumluluğundur (örneğin telif hakkı olan kitaplar ve kılavuzlar).
Sunucular ve bağlantılar
WebDAV sunucuları, Wi-Fi aktarımı ve adresten indirme senin seçtiğin sunucularla ve sitelerle doğrudan çalışır. Bu hizmetler bizim kontrolümüzde değildir; kullanımları kendi koşullarına tabidir.
Şablonlar ve kapaklar
Mağazadaki kâğıt şablonlarını ve kapakları Readhill içinde oluşturduğun defterlerde dilediğin gibi kullanabilirsin. Şablonların kendisini ayrı bir ürün olarak satamaz ya da dağıtamazsın. İleride ücretli içerik sunulursa satın alma ve iade Apple üzerinden yapılır.
Yedekleme
Belgelerin yalnızca cihazında durur. Önemli dosyalarının yedeğini (iCloud, bilgisayar ya da bir sunucu) almanı öneririz; kaybolan dosyaları geri getiremeyiz.
Garanti ve sorumluluk
Readhill "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hatasız ya da kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan veri kaybı ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Uçuş, tıp ya da hukuk gibi alanlarda resmî ve güncel belgelerin yerine geçmez; kılavuzlarının resmî sürümünü her zaman kendi kaynağından kontrol et.
Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada, yeni yürürlük tarihiyle yayımlanır. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; bulunduğun ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan zorunlu kuralları saklıdır.

Acceptance
By using Readhill you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple's standard end user license agreement (EULA) also applies; where these terms conflict with it, Apple's agreement prevails.
License
We grant you the right to use Readhill on Apple devices you own or control, for personal and business work. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app itself.
Your content
The PDFs, notes, drawings and other files you add to Readhill are yours; we claim no rights in them and cannot access them. You are responsible for having the right to use the documents you add (for example copyrighted books and manuals).
Servers and connections
WebDAV servers, Wi-Fi transfer and downloading from a link work directly with the servers and sites you choose. These services are not under our control; using them is subject to their own terms.
Templates and covers
You may use the paper templates and covers from the store as you like in notebooks you create in Readhill. You may not sell or distribute the templates themselves as a separate product. If paid content is offered in the future, purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
Backups
Your documents live only on your device. We recommend backing up important files (iCloud, a computer or a server); we cannot recover lost files.
Warranty and liability
Readhill is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from using the app. In fields such as aviation, medicine or law it does not replace official, current documents; always check the official version of your manuals at their source.
Changes
If these terms change, the current version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.

Al usar Readhill aceptas estas condiciones y la Política de privacidad. Como la app se distribuye a través del App Store, también se aplica el acuerdo de licencia de usuario final (EULA) estándar de Apple; si estas condiciones lo contradicen, prevalece el acuerdo de Apple.
Licencia
Te concedemos el derecho a usar Readhill en los dispositivos Apple que posees o controlas, para trabajo personal y profesional. No puedes copiar, vender, aplicar ingeniería inversa ni redistribuir la app en sí.
Tu contenido
Los PDF, notas, dibujos y demás archivos que añades a Readhill son tuyos; no reclamamos ningún derecho sobre ellos y no podemos acceder a ellos. Eres responsable de tener derecho a usar los documentos que añades (por ejemplo, libros y manuales con derechos de autor).
Servidores y conexiones
Los servidores WebDAV, la transferencia por Wi-Fi y la descarga desde un enlace funcionan directamente con los servidores y sitios que eliges. Estos servicios no están bajo nuestro control; su uso se rige por sus propias condiciones.
Plantillas y portadas
Puedes usar como quieras las plantillas de papel y las portadas de la tienda en los cuadernos que creas en Readhill. No puedes vender ni distribuir las plantillas en sí como un producto aparte. Si en el futuro se ofrece contenido de pago, las compras y los reembolsos los gestiona Apple.
Copias de seguridad
Tus documentos solo están en tu dispositivo. Te recomendamos hacer copia de seguridad de los archivos importantes (iCloud, un ordenador o un servidor); no podemos recuperar archivos perdidos.
Garantía y responsabilidad
Readhill se ofrece "tal cual". No garantizamos que funcione sin errores ni interrupciones. En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no somos responsables de la pérdida de datos ni de daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app. En ámbitos como la aviación, la medicina o el derecho no sustituye a los documentos oficiales y vigentes; comprueba siempre la versión oficial de tus manuales en su fuente.
Cambios
Si estas condiciones cambian, la versión vigente se publicará en esta página con una nueva fecha de entrada en vigor. Seguir usando la app después de un cambio significa que aceptas las nuevas condiciones.
Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República de Turquía, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor del país en el que vives.
